 Blau Syndrome

 

Blau Syndrome   Patients experience polyarticular arthritis (96%) resulting in joint swelling and progressive flexion contractures of the fingers (camptodactyly). Biopsy may reveal synovial granulomas. Other disease features include dermatitis (88%) and uveitis (30%). Symptom onset typically occurs before 5 years of age.
